  2. Policy Frameworks: Establishing clear, ethical, and inclusive policies to maximize AI’s benefits while mitigating risks such as bias, inequality, and misuse.

  3. Fostering Collaboration: Encouraging partnerships among governments, academia, private sector players, and international organizations to create a unified approach to AI governance and innovation.
